How do I go ahead & make a reservation?
Either call us or contact us via e-mail and let us know what dates you would like to reserve.

We will send you details of how to pay your deposit to secure your booking.

The simplest form of deposit is a current credit card number along with card holder's name, expiry date and CVV/CVC number. Your card is not charged, simply held as security until your arrival and payment is made before your departure. Your card is only charged in the unfortunate instance of a cancellation.

In some circumstances we also accept bank transfers for deposits, it depends on what price rate you have chosen for your reservation
How can I pay?
Method of payment depends on the price rate that you have chosen.

Of course, we prefer cash and we sometimes give prices with an incentive for cash payments. If you have been offered a preferential price for a cash payment then obviously this is the only method of payment available.

For normal price rate we accept bank transfers, credit & debit card payments and cash.
What happens If I have to cancel my booking?
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking please do contact us immediately.

Depending on the timeframe until your arrival depends on whether you would have to pay a cancellation fee. Your can see our cancellation policy here.
What is the nearest airport to Tolo?
There are two airports that are of an equal distance from Tolo.

Both Athens International airport and Kalamata airport are less than two hours away from Tolo.
Athens International is obviously the busiest but Kalamata, being a smaller airport is also a great option for a quicker arrival/departure turnaround and a picturesque journey.
Can you help us with transport to and from the airport?
Yes! We can help with transport to and from the airport.

If you would like us to arrange a taxi to meet you at the airport we will be please to arrange that for you. We just need your arrival and departure flight details.

We can also recommend a reliable website for car hire.
Do you have a baby cot?
Yes we do have a baby cot for your little ones.

Please do check with us at the time of reservation.
Do you accept pets?
Yes we do accept pets.

We just ask that they are clean and well behaved. We wouldn't want your little furry friends to be left alone in the accommodation though.
